Vision is the first step in a process whereby goals are set and then active implementation takes place. It is not possible to objectively advise oneself. The process of achieving results and success is generally done by working with good and experienced business coaches and mentors. At BSE Advisory, we pride ourselves on achieving results in a planned and meaningful way. We adhere to the 3 pillars of building results: 

1. Create a vision of the desired end result.
2. Analyse each stage of the puzzle to work towards that end result.
3. Put in place time-lines for each stage and carry out the implementation process, ensuring that each stage is complete before progressing to the next stage.

It is also very helpful to prepare a Mission Statement which succinctly summarises the essence of the business.
